Dollar express, can you change the car?

I have joined and will use dollar express for the first time. I like the idea of less hassle at the airport but i allways like choosing the car in the line. If you dont like the car they have parked in front can you change it? As anyone done this?

There was a note on the hanger thingy containing the paper work in the designated car whcih stated if you were not satisfied with the car ( or words to that effect) to go back to the booth and change it

We loved ours so were happy just to drive off
