Glad to hear yours has arrived.
Do you mind me asking when you made the payment. I paid for mine on 16 June and had an email the same day saying it would be here 5 - 7 days. Not received it yet, in the past it has usually arrived by now.
Always good service from them though.

Hi

We have used the services of Osceola County Tax Collector for many years now. We used to have to go to the office in person, but for the last 10 years have applied online. As we go out to Florida 2 or 3 times each year they always keep your details on file so a simple email with dates etc and we are sorted. We once managed to get 3 permits for a one off $15 fee instead of 2 permits for $15. It was to do with the actual travelling dates that year, but normally we pay $15 and get 2 permits each year. They provide a great service and it is much appreciated.

Grannyed - might be an idea to contact them again in case it's gone missing in the post. I got mine last year less than a week after payment.

In the past I have usually received it within a week. I will give them a ring later today.

I rang them today and the lady said that she had had about ten calls from the UK with the same problem.
She asked me to leave it for another couple of weeks...since we don't travel until the 14 Aug. Because it may appear, if not they will reissue it.
