Yeah you just buy the DVD as an add on. They offered it to us when we got the photo package with the cd, 5 prints and 2 key rings.

The Photo CD is really great though as there are photographers in the different sections of the park eg. aviary, stingray section and lazy river. You just have to find them, as nobody pesters you at d.cove and ask them to take a picture. This way the pics get added to your cd, we got lots of lovely pics this way and it wasn't bad value in my opinion.

Do you have to decide as soon as you get there what package you want to buy or can you decide at the end when you have viewed your photos? they give you a lanyard thing with a plastic pass on it when you check in. You wear this under your vest/wet suit all day. When you have the dolphin swim, straight after your photographer will take you to some touch screen computers and you can check out the photos of the session. At this point you decide which packages/photos/dvd you want and place an order (but you pay when you leave the park). So yeah you pretty much decide what you want there and then.

However if you get the photocd every time you want a picture in a diff part of the park show them your lanyard pass they take a photo of that and then you and add these to the pics with the dolphins for no extra charge.

Also if there's say 6 of you in your party they will put all members pics on the same disc i believe.

Ive emailed discovery cove but not got an answer so hope somebody can help. There are 4 of us going to Discovery cove 3 are doing the normal dolphin swim and my daughter will be off on her own doing trainer for a day will we be able to combine her photos and ours onto one cd or will she have to buy her photo package seperate

Another question if you share your dolphin swim with another party that you dont know (say 3 of you and another party of 3) will your dvd only have your party on it or is it of all 6 people

Somebody showed me their one and was basically everybody on the party.
Thought it was OK, but seemed a bit amateurish tbh, but that's just mho.
The pics were really nice though. It was about 2 years old.

The dvd will cover all people within your dolphin swim and not just your party.

Does anyone know what the photos are like if you do the Trainer for a Day package? You get a "private photo shoot with two dolphins" but how many photos do you get etc.

The b/f and I are doing this package for the extra dolphin time but would consider a photo package too if the photos we have included aren't great or you don't get many.
