So hypothetically, if I bought a 4 day magic your way ticket...

It would activate the 1st day I used it, and I would have 13 days left to use the other days up, correct?

Could I visit same park, say 6 days later? And that is still only day 2 used?
Yes, that's right.

We have used 10 day base twice, no issues at all.

If you want to buy the MYW tickets you have to select US$ before you start because they're only supposed to sell those to US citizens. You will then be charged in $.

If you change the setting to UK£ you'll only be able to buy the Ultimates as the prices for everything else will be blanked out. In this case you'll be charged in £.

I wasn't aware that you could pay in £ if you buy the US-only tickets. Maybe if you ring them up you can, but otherwise it'll be $.

Apart from the last few trips where we had to buy the Ultimates to get the free dining (ha ha) I always used to buy the MYW direct from the US. That way we got only the number of days we needed and saved a small fortune - especially as staying off site we rarely park-hopped anyway.

You can buy MYW base tickets in £s from Orlando Attractions, but you won't see the price until you get to the checkout screen.

Just add them to your cart (no price will be shown), and then View Basket.

Wow! You learn something new every day! Thanks for that.

Mind you, for costing up, you still need to view the prices before you commit to buying.

I just put them in the basket, and see what price they show, and then remove them if I'm not happy.

MYW are the same tickets you can buy from the Disney hotel reception desk - so not just for US citizens! Shame on that company for trying to mis sell.

Damn right!

Got my tickets through today for my 6 park flexi ticket
and had departure date on letter of 31st August!

I'm not going then, I'm going in September, so wasn't happy with that for a start.

Apparently it doesn't affect the ticket, can anybody verify this?

Maybe the advice is... Don't use Florida Tix anymore!

The items highlighted in RED are wrong, MYW tickets can be sold to anyone Worldwide but must be priced in Dollars. At the online checkout there is also a drop down option to pay in pounds at a decent exchange rate. I find it more convenient to phone.

Just a quick note, if you sign up to the MouseSavers newsletter they send you a special link that lets you access Undercover Tourist website for the best possible prices for MYW tickets. Did this last year and managed to get a good deal.

At my work PC, I can change the setting to UK£ and see the prices for MYW tickets on Orlando Attractions without putting them into the checkout basket. Mind you, I can't see the UK Ultimate tickets at work.

Last year was the first time we've had UK Ultimate tickets. Previous to that, we've always had MYW tickets (or whatever they were called before 2005). We've never had any problems using them.
