Trouble ordering with ORLANDO ATTRACTION TICKETS.CO.UK

Hi just tried to pay my deposit for Discovery Cove tickets on ORLANDO ATTRACTION TICKETS. It keeps coming up with : Unfortunately your credit card has failed to authorise.
Please check that you have entered the correct details and try again.
Ive phoned my bank and they confirmed there is nothing wrong with my card it isn't blocked or anything. Ive tried ordering about 15 times. Has anyone else had trouble with their site when ordering

I had the exact same thing happen, I tried to pay just a deposit initially and it wouldn't authorise, so I waited till the next day and spoke to an agent on their online chat thing, and he put the payment through for me.
I kept an eye on my CC account and definitely only that payment went out, so I paid the balance off this week, and again, it wouldn't accept my (different) card.
In the end I phoned to pay it that way. Still waiting for the tickets to come in but this was only a couple of days ago. Hoping they will be here soon.

Thanks for your reply , sounds like its a common thing then , we cant be the only ones. Bit of a pain if every time we want to pay some off we have to get on the phone. Cant decide if to pay a few pound more and try ordering from another website Hope you get your tickets soon

There merchant website was down, I booked tickets and they took my payment the following day. Just use there live chat service

Hi they emailed me today to say that they have taken my deposit for Discovery Cove, and cancelled all the other bookings that I made trying to get my card to work

I had an email today to say that the tickets have just been dispatched, so should be here in a day or so

Just to keep you updated, tickets arrived the next day by recorded mail.

They were ez-tickets, which I dont think I was expecting, but it did save me a fortune

I had the same thing happen last Saturday. I tried to book DC and pay a deposit but it came up saying the credit card wouldn't authorise. I tried to live chat them but no one was available. Phone number not easily visible and when I found it, it was an 0845 number. Thought too much hassle so booked elsewhere. Monday morning got an e-mail to say they had booked and taken the deposit even though I didn't get a confirmation e-mail on the Saturday and as far as I was concerned, booking not made. Have to give it to them that they did refund me immediately and I didn't have to jump through hoops to get it.

Guys, please beware. Myself and my Dad both bought our disney tickets from this company and we have both since become victims of credit card fraud. Obviously I can't prove that they are responsible but my card has never been used anywhere else. When you buy your tickets, you give the date that you are travelling. Just a few days after the date I gave, my card has been used to buy £2800 worth of travel money. Thankfully my credit card company will be accepting the loss. But please beware
