Flying PE return in October and would be nice to be in a newer one (for the IFE esp) but would still LOVE to be upstairs! My fav place to be. (Actually would much rather be right at the front in Upper Class but that's not going to happen!)

The bubble in the refits consist of PE at the front and economy at the back. The two loo's are through the curtain at the front of the PE cabin. I did read somewhere that those in economy in the bubble are supposed to go downstairs to the loo's - don't think that's going to happen!

Oooh I didn't know you could get economy seats up in bubble...

Looking on my booking though it doesn't show this so I wonder if that means we are on a non refurbed plane...

It means nothing, the default seatmap will show the old config up to or just before OLCI opens.
This is to stop people choosing seats in advance which may not exist on the actual plane you fly on.
Also the reason why no PE seat requests are being accepted for the 747s.

Hiya I am flying out on an a330 and back on a 747 on 9th Jan and yesterday was able to reserve 9 seats in economy in the bubble - it had the new lay out showing when I logged in. Reserved 3 rows of 3 up there - really hoping I actually get them!
