Hi. Try American Express Direct - they cover family of 2 A + 4C under 18 for a raft of pre-exisiting conditions including DVTs, use of Warfarin, etc etc etc & all at basic premium (£146 for annual multi trip) with zero excess.

As already said it's not the warfarin you need to cover but the pre-existing medical condition which requires it as a treatment. There is a thread here on the special needs forum which has lots of suggestions and recommendations. Do shop around as premiums can vary wildly. You will probably be required to do a medical screening by phone rather than buying online so you can be sure you have answered all the necessary questions.
