Should I but a Disney tickets for a nearly 4 year old

We're planning on going to Disney next year and my daughter will be 3 years and 10 months and I've heard that it may not be necessary to get her a Disney ticket. Can anyone shed any light on whether this rumour is true as I've heard it from 2 different sources now.

Also, where is the best place to purhcase the Disney tickets from. We were thinking of the 7 day ticket.

Thanks, Steve.

Children need a ticket from the age of 3, so yes you will need to buy her a ticket!

if she is 3 then she needs a ticket. I have found OrlandoAttractions.com quite competitive recently.

Children need a ticket from 3 onwards so you do need one.
