Rebecca's 1st Trip
23rd May 2009
The Jones Family Me - Sally 43 Loves Disney DH - Nigel 46 Likes Disney not as mad on it as me DD - Rebecca 8 Loves Disney Princesses Rebecca got us up at 6am this morning not quite sure why she got up so early as we didn't tell her we were setting off today. Me and DH showered after breakfast made some rolls for the journey and left the house at 9.30am travelling down the M4 from Swansea weas smooth with no hold ups. Stopped at Leigh Delamere for coffee 11.15 sat out in the sun for 45 mins while having coffee and getting some air. Set off again journey was OK very warm today 21oC. We stopped for dinner at 1pm at Reading service station to eat our ham rolls and crisps that we bought from the house stayed until 2pm. Traffic was now heavier got caught up as soon as we hit the M25. Finally arrived at the Long Stay Plus at Gatwick South Terminal at 4pm. Checked the car in very smooth just went to reception and they gave us a ticket in exchange for our car keys then they park the car for us, jumped on the bus to the South Terminal just 5 minutes away. Then we went and did Twilight Check-in 1 family in front of us checked-in in about 5 minutes. So we then headed over to the Hilton for our overnight check in here was really busy 4 or 5 families in front of us. We had a family room with 3 single beds which was OK we were on the 4th floor room 4228. We headed over to the terminal for some food went to Frankie and Benny's (sorry no photos forgot). DH had beer battered fish and chips DD had breaded chicken stips and chips and I had Cajan chicken pizza. We all decided to have desserts DH had East Coast Sundae, DD had Brownie Sundae and I had Cinnamon Crunch Waffle we were all full so asked for the bill. Total was £32.00 I had a voucher for £5.00 that I'd been sent by e-mail so that came in handy. We then headed back to the hotel for DD to watch Britains Got Talent before we headed to bed. Rebecca watching the TV Nigel with the Tickets The time on the photos is wrong as we had set it to Florida time a bit to soon oh well doesn't matter Flying Day

Looks like a nice room - how gorgeous is your daughter? Sitting so beautifully in her bed?
