HERON VILLA AT HIGHGROVE CLERMONT-We're here!

George has sent me an email with directions that were really clear and we got there in no time. With the added bonus that we didn’t need to collect keys as they have a key entry code on the door, which was excellent not having to rummage around for keys every time you went out.
To say we were delighted was an understatement; the villa was gorgeous and furnished beautifully. There was a TV/DVD player in every room. Hairdryers in every bathroom. Great walk in showers. The villa was in a great spot with a huge green behind with no one overlooking you, and obviously our own huge private pool. The only thing not right about it was that it wasn’t ours. The girls went straight into the games room and with a choice of three bedrooms; a fight wasn’t needed for where they were staying.
George and Pamela had left us a gift basket filled with lots goodies and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely thought.
Damien was exhausted and went to bed (whilst I unpacked) hmm a tad convenient me thinks. When everything was put away, Damien conveniently woke starving, demanding that we all head out to the olive Garden for tea. Suitably stuffed we headed back to the villa via Publix for supplies. After a while I dragged the girl’s from the games room. It was now 12 o’clock Florida time and 5 am our time, so we all hit the hay.
