'gonna get wed' day 13 (mnsshp)

Up at 7:30 today, now that more like it, they must have moved people up stairs yesterday as they were up very early and very loud but never mind.

lazy morning and then mnsshp later on, so of for a bit of shopping, got the iride again which is run by mears which i didnt know. saw some bits i might get later in the holiday. A&W for lunch for me and the kids and dave had subway. on the way back to hotel to rest before tonight we got the green line north and the rain started to fall and fall, it was really bad.



the pics just dont show how bad it was, this was our first rain of the holiday and it was making up for it



after getting a bit wet we got back to the hotel at around 1ish and chatted to val and wedding lady who is fab by the way as our pics from the wedding are coming tomorrow, woohoo. we left the hotel at 3 to get to MK.

now we are use to rain so we arent going to let it stop us as we were all looking forward to the night so much, picked up our tickets from the will call window and entered MK, there is somethink about MK that gives me a lump in the throt when you hear the music and walk up main street. the rain stopped at around 7 what good timing.

this is our first mnsshp and we wasnt sure what to expect from it. we did most of the candy lines and met some great people in the lines and waiting for the parade which i have to say is just WOW!

what can i say about it, well i would go back just for the parade and the fire works, the gravediggers were just fab.

now i dont no how we manageed it but this is where we got lost, maybe cos its dark and we havent ever been in MK in the dark or cos it was busy but we saw park of MK that we havent before lol. we kind of head with the masses to watch the fireworks and have a great spot by what i woyuld call the roundabout where walt is sat. (iykwim)

best fireworks. first we have ever seen at disney. i cryed couldnt help it but the moment was just so fab i cant put it in to words. as we walked up main street there was a spot on the curb so me and harry grabbed it while dave and luke went shopping. so we waited for the 2nd parade.

well the 2nd parade was just fab too,











now trying to get out of MK to met the hotel transport that was getting us on time was a night mare, main street was blocked so though the shops we go. opps i just had to buy a few bits lol.

now im not sure what time we got back but we all had a fab time it was amazing!

Those pic's look amazing, I know what mean mean about crying at the fireworks. I haven't seen the hollowishes ones live as I've only watched them on a thread here but I was sobbing lol.

Its sounds like the day was brilliant, and loads of candy too - huge bonus.
