Has anyone stayed in the above rooms. Are they much smaller than the standard 1 bedroom villa?

Just trying to decide on how many points we need if we do a resale DVC ownership

There are no value rooms at Kidani, all the value accommodation is in Jambo house and are made up of what were deluxe hotel rooms. They are slightly smaller than the all the other units and the 1 bed wouldn't have a sleeper chair.

I think that all the 1 bed units in Jambo only have 1 bathroom where as the 1 beds over in Kidani have an extra bathroom but I'm not 100% sure about that.

That would suit us better TBH as we do prefer the old AKL, (which I believe is now Jambo House? ) rather than Kadani village.

I do remember the DVC salesman at Disney saying that it just had 1 bathroom. Which isnt really a problem, as to me it seems such a waste of space having 2 (having just got back from OKW where the bathroom area was HUGE)

Does anyone know if the living area / kitchen/ bedroom is much smaller in the value 1 bed accomodation rather than the standard 1 bed villas?

If anyone has stayed at both the value 1 bed villas at Jambo and the standard 1 bed at Kidani could anyone give me the pros and cons of each one.

Edited to add. Dont need the sleeper chair as there are only 2 adults 1child

The one bed values at Jambo don't have the Jacuzzi baths either that all the other one beds do. There are some pictures of the value one bed in this thread that Michelle stayed in.

I was just coming on to post the link that Caron has so kindly posted for you.

The one bed value is lovely - we didn't miss the jacuzzi bath as we prefer showers..would stay in one again no problems.

Slightly off topic but I understand that due to the limited number of value units it is vital to have AK points as you need the 11 month booking window priority.
