Disney & Beyond July 2011 Day 11 - Rest Day

Me - Lynn 46 - holiday organiser. Looking forward to everything especially time together;
DH - Philip 48 - leaves it all to me. Looking forward to spending time at the Gulf coast;
DS - Luke 12 - loves everything about Florida. Looking forward most to Sea World;
DD - Rachel 11 - takes forever to get moving. Looking forward most to getting there and being warm.


Last night we decided that today would be a rest day. Yes, I know we did very little yesterday but we have a busy couple of days planned so we decided that a proper rest day was in order. I woke about 7am and decided to go back to sleep. I woke again at 10 when Philip came through to tell me that he and Luke were going for a jog to the Club House. When they left I got up, spent a little bit of time on Facebook and then spent time in the pool with Rachel. The boys came back from their jog and we agreed they would pop out to buy Medium 7. We only had two episodes of series 6 to watch.

When they returned, we spent the rest of the afternoon playing in the pool. Well mainly the kids and I played in the pool. Philip ventured in the pool a total of 3 times the whole time we were at Denise’s villa. The kids and I love playing piggy in the middle in the pool. It brings out our competitive spirit and we always end up in hysterics during the game.

For dinner we ordered Chinese take-away. 3 meals (didn’t make a note of what) and one portion of rice. Total cost $32.59. After dinner it was time for our usual pastime of watching Medium.

Tomorrow, we’re heading to Bush Gardens.
