MCO immigration machines

Any news on how the new immigration machines are working?

I think they were supposed to start on Tuesday.

We arrived on Tuesday and the machines were up and running but they were really just testing and only allowed a small number of selected passengers through, mainly single travellers. Our son arrived on Friday and was selected to use the machines (single traveller) but there was some confusion among staff on the exact procedure.
I think once it's been running a few weeks it will hopefully make things quicker.

It won't make things quicker, its just another way of reducing staff.
