Rented DVC Points Booking Been Cancelled! Update! 2, 3rd and last!

It's with a heavy heart I'm posting this:-
Last year I bought DVC points (via The Dibb) for three nights at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Everything was fine and the booking could be seen on My Disney Experience, until this week.

I assumed it was MDE playing up but I've now spoken to Disney and DVC in USA and they have confirmed the booking has been cancelled, but won't tell me who has cancelled it.

I've tried contacting the seller but the number he gave me isn't working, I've had no answer from emails I've sent and his Dibb mailbox was full. Smax has tried as well.

He was selling more DVC points than we bought, did anyone else buy from him? Does anyone have any other contact details and is your reservation still active? His name is Martin Davies and his username is familydavies.

We fly out a week on Tuesday (12th August) so I'm getting desperate now trying to sort this out. I've got 2 very disappointed girls and nowhere to stay for those nights.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

My DS has made contact via FB.
He is not aware of any problems but is happy to look into it when he gets home.
I now have a home number and he says he will resolve ASAP.

Update 2

From what I understand there has been a problem, which cannot be resolved in time for my booking to be reinstated. I have been told my money will be returned to me asap. Hopefully that will be in the next few days. Mr Davies has said he was unaware of the problem and is working to correct things.
It's been a horrible week but hopefully now things will sort themselves out. A kind Dibber has offered me points which I'm hoping are still available as well as the accommodation! Will let you know how it all ends. Thank you all!

Update 3

The money has been repaid in full tonight
From what I've been told, I don't think this has been done intentionally or maliciously. Something went badly wrong and luckily I spotted it before we tried to book in.
Thank you to William for renting me some more points.
I hope andi and cupcake are soon reimbursed and can get on with their planning.

Omg hope you can get this sorted. I thought about renting points for our next trip but booked to stay at POR instead. Not sure I'd risk it in the future.

We rented points from them last october which we used November, we had no problems we too stayed at animal kingdom lodge also.sorry can't help any contact details
