Can someone explain timings for Wishes Dessert Party

Just booked the Wishes Dessert Party for our holiday in April. It only offered us 6pm as a reservation time, but wishes are showing as being at 10pm? I thought the dessert party only started an hour before wishes? Am I missing something? I don't think my family will sit there for 4 hours, even with all those desserts.

Hi, I've booked for April with a 6pm reservation time. I was told a bit nearer the date, the time will change.

Last time we went it opened at 9pm for 10pm wishes.

I've booked this for our trip at Easter. Near the bottom of my email confirmation it said "Event start time will be 1 hour before Fireworks show".

We arrived just before 8.45pm for our party in August, they opened up at 9pm, tables are named so their is no point queuing earlier... as cast member takes you to your table, which is much better than any form of 'first come, first served' type approach...

I think the only reason people get there a bit early is to join the inevitable queue earlier, so then you get in more towards 9 and can get straight onto the desserts!

We went on Saturday (got home this morning ) and they didn't even open the tomorrowland terrace restaurant until 9pm, so I assume it will be the same for you, that gives you plenty of time to have plenty to eat and drink before the show starts.

You need to ring for this and also book on opening day. Those who book first get seated nearer the front. We had the front row. I wouldn't do it again, but it's a nice treat.
