How much of the part does Disney honestly think it can shut before attendances drop. It isn't as if Disney are quick at building so this will be a very limited park offering for a long time. They obviously think as most people buy multi day multi park tickets they won't be affected.

Thats a huge chunk out of the park to be closed down, I think they would have been better to shut the whole park do the building work which would be quicker with it shut

Seriously, closing so many things is getting ridiculous, it's always been my least favourite park but now there's probably only fantasmic, toy story mania, little mermaid and beauty and the beast to go for for us. Half a day park now. Ridiculous! Getting a fast pass for TSM this summer is going to be a nightmare!

Is muppets going as well? So many things closing. I know it has to be done to improve but really wish it wasn't when I'm going!

Personally, I'm not sorry to see Lights etc go. Whilst the stunts were clever, the woffle in between was tedious. The show itself could have been cut by half in length. If you added in the queing this attraction could take a good 90 minute chunk out of your day. That said, I agree that we barely have a half park at DHS at the moment and they can't seriously expect guests to pay full whack for that. On our next visit in March we have just one morning pencilled in for the Studios and lunch at the Brown Derby and that's all it will be getting. I'm afraid a firework show doesn't make up for the loss of how many attractions that have closed.

My son and Husband loved this show. They will be so upset it's to close. Myself and my mum , we're not keen on this.
