Just returned from a weeks stay at the Heron Villa and would really like to thank George and Pamela for a wonderful holiday, the villa was absolutely fantastic, my 2 grandchildren (4yrs & 2yrs) couldn't get enough of the pool. We couldn't have wished for more, George and Pamela have everything just perfect, from the decor right down to the little touches like a good old tea pot. If your looking to rent a Villa in the Disney area then the Heron Villa is ideal.

This is a fabulous villa, well looked after, spotlessly clean with quality furnishings and equipped with everything you could wish for. It is in our opinion, in the perfect area, quiet but well within easy reach of everything you need and a quick, easy drive to all the parks and other attractions.
George and Pamela are the nicest people to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for them, they will answer all your questions, however silly they may be and will even ring you when you get there to make sure all is well (They have actually kept in touch both before and after our visit).
We have already booked for September 2012 and are really excited already and have no worries over the villa part of the holiday at all.
We can't rate the villa or George and Pamela highly enough and if you're reading this with a view to booking, please do it now, you won't regret it!

Contemporary open plan Lounge
The contemporary living room has sumptuous furnishings; there are two large leather sofas and an arm chair to sit back and relax while you watch the Hi Def LCD TV,or take in a DVD . There are a number of books on Orlando to be found in the villas own paperback library. Guests are welcome to take book home for the journey or swap your own. Also a range of family games to keep you entertained. The lounge floor has a soft rug and beautiful ceramic tiles which lead through alarmed patio doors to the fantastic pool and spa / Jacuzzi.
Kitchen / dining room
Our large fully appointed open plan kitchen is a cook's dream. We have every modern convenience a large range, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster and lots of crockery and cutlery. We have a double sink with spray attachment and a garbage disposal unit. The dining area seats six comfortably with an additional two bar stools at the breakfast bar. There is a separate cupboard with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board
Two master bedroom suites
Each of the master suites has a 6ft king sized bed, and an ensuite shower room with access to the pool. (Master suite 2 has an ensuite which doubles as a pool shower room). They both have flat screen hi-def LCD TV's and DVD players, hairdryers and alarm clock radio's . Each master bedroom has it’s own guest safe. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of space to hang all your vacation wear.
Two further twin bedrooms
Each bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes and both have alarm clock radio and a flat screen hi-def LCD TVs and DVD player. The twin bedrooms share the third bathroom which is a 'jack and jill' en-suite this consists of a w.c. and bath with a shower and a separate vanity area. There is a desk top PC in one of the rooms for use by our valued guests.
Games Room
Heron Villa has it's own superb games room. Enjoy a game of pool, shoot a few hoops, smash in the puck on the air hockey, score a goal on the foosball table and hit your highest score on the electronic dart board. For those who prefer something a bit more relaxing play on the PS2 or watch the in built TV For your comfort the floor is covered with colourful rubber tiling and has two gaming chairs.
Large patio with pool and spa
The patio area is brick paved for that added something special. Cool on the feet it surrounds the 25’ pool with a spa / Jacuzzi at one end. Heating is available for the cooler months. The whole area is screened which helps keep out any unwanted flying insects etc. There is a covered lanai area with a table and four padded chairs for some respite from the hot Florida sun. The pool is finished off with an additional 4 luxury padded loungers and two side tables. The pool, spa are lit at night with fabulous colour changing lights, and the patio is highlighted with rope lighting around the pool enclosure to enhance those balmy evenings. The pool area is surrounded with fragrant shrubs and has a massive grassed area behind it so is not overlooked by other villas for your privacy.
High Grove, Orlando, Florida
Heron Villa is located in High Grove Resort, an exclusive gated community which is situated at the meeting point of Kissimmee and Clermont. Situated approximately 300 yards from the intersection of US 192 and 27. This great location makes Heron Villa your ideal base to help you enjoy all the attractions that Orlando, and the surrounding area, has to offer.
High Grove has a Super Wal-Mart, Publix supermarket, a library and a medical center all within 1/4 mile. There are also numerous shops takeaways, restaurants bars and supermarkets to choose from within a few minutes of the villa.? You will even find Devenney's Irish family bar and restaurant at the gates of High Grove. Just 100 yards walk from the villa door!
High Grove is a superb location for your vacation. For guests flying in Orlando International Airport (MCO) is just a 35 minute drive , Sanford International (SFB) is 40 minutes away and Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 45 minutes away.
There is so much to see within Central Florida. Orlando is the theme park capital of the World, offering attractions such as Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Superb golf courses, such as Legends and Champions Gate which are only ten minutes away, and shopping and dining of the highest quality is on the doorstep. With the Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Daytona on the Florida Gold only an hour to the East and Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay, Clearwater, Sarasota and the Gulf coasts resorts an hour or so to the west, your days here are guaranteed to be fun-filled.
