Just had a wonderful 17 nights at this villa. Perfect location for Disney and lots of wonderful restaurants.

The villa itself is lovely. Really comfortable and quiet. Can highly recommend it and as soon as we can afford it, we'll be back!

My family of three kids, Mum, Dad and Granny enjoyed a fantastic three week stay in this villa in Feb 2012. We were very impressed with the location and the easy to follow directions from the airport. "Wow" was the first impression from the kids when we turned the key. The villa exceeded our high expectation and was bright, roomy and immaculately clean. Everything from the bed linen, towels and overall furniture and equipment were top notch. The real highlight for us was the fantastic pool area. Even when the Feb temperatures dipped the pool was always balmy and warm and the kids spent hours swimming and splashing while we enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. The owners had thoughtfully supplied arm bands and lots of pool toys too. Having a large and fully equipped games room was a big plus too as the kids had their own place to hang out. The free bikes also came in handy for exploring the gated community and we felt very safe and secure around the complex. The location of the villa is super with plenty of restaurants and shops within minutes. And on the nights we fancied eating in there is a huge range of take-away restaurants that deliver and the owner has left menus which left us spoiled for choice. The beds were very comfortable and it was wonderful to wake to such an incredible view of the lake. We had loads of room for our group and the villa could have comfortably accommodated another four people. The welcome manual was very thoughtfully put together with plenty of handy tips from directions to the theme parks to the best places to eat and shop. We would have gladly stayed there for another month. And we'll definitely be back to Disney Sunset Villa.

I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and its location..
The view form the villa was great ,everything was provided we didnt even need a towel.. the pool was great and we were less than 10 mins drive to disney and very close access for universal etc.. We wish we were back there now..

We were really impressed with this villa, it was spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and very well maintained. The pool and pool area were lovely, perfect for an after park swim and the sunsets were amazing. The area of Sunsetlakes is very peaceful and also very well maintained. We couldn't fault the villa or the location and would happily return. We really didnt want to come home!

A very spacious villa in a great location! I would highly recommend this villa and wouldnt hesitate in returning!
