1. You certify that you are the registered owner of the home you are advertising.

2. You are agreeing to purchase advertising space and villa owners forum access for twelve months.

3. theDIBB is not responsible for actually booking your home and cannot guarantee that you will achieve rentals.

4. Advertising is not transferable in the event of your selling your home. No refund will be given.

5. Villa advertising is only allowed in the designated Villa forums, villa advertising is strictly forbidden in the non villa forums.

6. You agree not to use the DIBB services including Private messages and email to spread advertising.

7. Only one villa per advertising agreement is allowed. If you have multiple homes and you want to advertise all of them please contact us for multiple home advertising discount.

8. You may not advertise unsold weeks for other parties or for multiple homes unless you have a multi home agreement with us.

9. You agree that all posts made by you shall be truthful and legal. You further agree that any text or graphics posted by you is either free of copyright or you hold the copyright.

10. You agree to be respectful to other advertisers and to not post 'we are cheaper than ....' type posts

11. Any image that is posted should not exceed 640x480 and should be either .jpg or .gif format

12. You may not advertise any other services or use affiliate links in your posts.

13. Abuse of our terms and conditions will lead to your advert being cancelled with no refunds.

14. We reserve the right to cancel any advertisement at anytime. If we do this then a full refund of any unused months will be paid to the advertiser.

15. We may at times change these conditions, if we do so then you will be informed, if there is a significant change you will be given the opportunity to cancel with a refund of advertising months not used. The latest version of conditions can always be found in the DIBB Villa Forums or can be sent to you on written request.
