Disney Menus
The fantastically themed 50's Prime Time Cafe will transport you back in time to 'Mom's Kitchen' located in Echo Lake at Disney's Hollywood Studios. The 50's Cafe offers classic American comfort food the way Mom used to make it, for lunch and dinner in a TV-themed setting. Enjoy the interactive fun that goes on between the patrons and the server.
The menu includes family favourites such as Aunt Liz's Golden Fried Chicken, Cousin Ann's Traditional Meatloaf, Dad's Grilled Pork Chop and Mom's Old-fashioned Pot-Roast, and an equally tempting selection of classic desserts such as 50'S Boston Cream Parfait, Cheesecake, Warm Apple Crisp, Ice-cream Sundaes and S'mores.
On arrival at the restaurant you wait to be seated in Dad's Living Room, which gives you the opportunity to look at all the vintage knick-knacks and memorabilia. A server then takes you through into Mom's Kitchen. As there is a 'family' theme here, your server is introduced as a family member, so you may be served by your Cousin, Aunt or Uncle. Beware though, because as a family member they will tell you off if you don't eat all your greens or put your elbow's on the table, as punishment you can expect to be made to stand in the corner!
Cocktails, wine and beers are available for Guests 21 years of age and over.
TV Tables and Tune-In Lounge
For a special treat, grab a 'TV Table' that seats up to four diners and has a television next to the table which broadcasts clips from popular prime time 1950's sitcoms such as 'Father Knows Best' and the original 'Mickey Mouse Club', or relax in the Tune-In Lounge full-service bar and sip Dad's Electric Lemonade or Grandma's Picnic Punch.
From the mid-50s knick-knacks and memorabilia that decorate this restaurant, nostalgia is the main ingredient.

First time we were just amazed at the décor and the milkshakes but our server was just rushed off her feet so we didn't really experience any of the antics this place is famous for.
Second time we had a great server who was such a laugh and really joking with everyone and teasing my son (who only went in for the milkshake!). It was great fun.
The food itself is not that great but does the job and can be relatively inexpensive for a Disney restaurant.
Would definitely recommend it and don't worry if you are shy - the servers go for the banter and wont bother you if you just want to eat.
