The Breakfasts definitely offer upscale fare with items on the menu such as, Smoked Salmon Hash, Chilaquiles, Shaved Serrano Ham as well as the Skillet, which comprises of two poached eggs, melted cherry tomatoes, Calabrian chillies, Spanish chorizo, garden herbs and toast.
Lunch and Dinner offerings include fresh salads and soups, for something different try the Chilled Strawberry Gazpacho! They have the ever favourite tapas sharing plates where you can choose from Catalan Style Olives, Brava Potatoes, Spanish Tortilla Fries, Chilled Asparagus and a Bikini Sandwich, made with grilled truffle-butters bread, Serrano ham and fresh mozzarella cheese.

From the Grill you can choose Double Cut Pork Chop, Hanger Steak, Jumbo Gulf Shrimp, Market Fish, Filet Mignon or Baby Back Ribs that are cooked satay-style with a spicy sweet peanut BBQ sauce.
The dessert menu also changes frequently, but you are likely to find dishes of Flan de Limon, Chocolate Ardiente Ganache Cake, Stone Fruit Cobbler or Natillas de pan Cajet, which is a butterscotch bread pudding, caramelised bananas and cinnamon ice cream.
