Disney Menus
Crossroads is located at the House of Blues in the West Side area of Disney Springs. It is open daily for Lunch from 11am until 4.45pm and Dinner from 5pm until 9pm.
Don't be put off by the ramshackle appearance of this restaurant as you stumble across it, stop by for some great eats and enjoy the sounds of the live Blues music that is provided. The restaurant is themed with wooden floors, wood walls and wooden tables, so when busy it can get quite noisy. The subdued lighting however does offer a cosy feel to the space. If you want to eat al fresco, then there are some tables outside overlooking the waterfront.
The menu has been redesigned by Food Network Star and Celebrity Chef Aaron Sanchez, offering exciting new Signature dishes as well as adding a contemporary twist on some of the classes favourites. The cuisine is inspired by a fusion of International flavours and those from the American South.
Start your meal with an appetiser of Street Tacos filled with blackened chicken, chargrilled citrus marinated steak, bay shrimp and avocado or chargrilled market fish. The menu also offers Aaron's Meatball Sliders, Crossroads Quesadilla's or Voodoo Shrimp made with sautéed shrimp, simmered in an amber beer reduction on top of jalapeño cornbread. Sandwiches such as 'Shrimp Po-Boy' or 'French Dip' are served with sweet potato or normal fries.
Entrees include Signature Burgers such as the Island Turkey Burger, Smoked BBQ Bacon, Wild Mushroom or try the Juicy Lucy, which is made with Certified Angus Beef and applewood bacon patty, stuffed with cheese and topped with crispy pickled jalapeños and chipotle mayo on a potato bun.
American Classics of St.Louis Ribs, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Chile Braised Short Ribs, Shrimp and Grits, Jambalaya feature as well as Buttermilk Fried Chicken that has been marinated with adobo spice and is served with citrus champagne slaw, red rose garlic mashed potatoes, topped with Cotja cheese and applewood bacon.
For those who have some room left, there's sweet delights of Triple Chocolate Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie or Bourbon Bread Pudding to choose from.
On Sundays the 'World Famous Gospel Brunch' takes place with two sittings at 10.30am and 1pm. Guests are treated to savour Authentic Southern Brunch Style fare, which is followed by a lively musical celebration.
A range of Beers, Speciality Cocktails and Wines are also available for guests over the age of 21yrs. They also have 'Happy Hour' offering drinks specials from 2pm-5pm on weekdays and from 10pm until close every day.
The Smokehouse
The Smokehouse is the latest addition to the House of Blues and fits in perfectly with it's tin shack appearance adding to the existing rustic feel. It has recently opened and offers guests a Counter Service with a small choice of Entrees.
The menu offers a Pulled Pork Sandwich, Pulled Chicken Sandwich, Smoked Turkey Leg, Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich, St.Louis Ribs-Half Rack and a Hot Dog with side options of Coleslaw, Baked Beans or Potato Chips. A recent addition to the menu are the 'Smokehouse Nachos', which are tricolour tortilla chips topped with home made cheese sauce, avocado lime creme, pickled jalapeños, fresh made pico de gallo and cilantro. For an extra charge you can also add smoked beef brisket, pulled smoked chicken or pulled smoked pork.
They also offer a couple of dishes for children aged 12 and under, they can choose from the Mini Smoked Pulled Pork Shoulder or the All Beef Hot Dog, both dishes are served with a snack pack.
This is a great outdoor venue where you might be lucky to dine whilst being entertained by live music.
Make the most of 'Happy Hour' that occurs twice daily from 3-5pm and 10pm until close. Choose from the selection of Bottled Domestic and Imported Beers, Wines and Cocktails that are on offer.
