Disney's Pop Century Resort is one of five "Value" resorts at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando Florida. The resorts overall theme is American popular culture from the 1950's to the 1990's and has the largest capacity of any Disney resort with 2880 guest rooms.

The resort consists of 10 four-story buildings where guest rooms are situated, one central building named "Classic Hall" and three swimming pools including the main flower- shaped "Hippy Dippy Pool".

The guest room buildings feature whimsical designs tailored to the decade they represent and include larger than life models such as Rubik's cubes, bowling pins and favourite Disney characters.

"Classic Hall" can be found in the centre of the resort adjacent to the "Hippy Dippy Pool". Here guests can find check-in/check-out services, concierge, a large arcade and the Everything Pop shop and quick service restaurant complex. Transportation to WDW theme parks and Downtown Disney can be found outside the front of Classic Hall and are not shared with any other resort. Buses depart approximately every 20 minutes and are accessible to guests using wheelchairs and motorised scooters.



Guests can now walk to the new Art of Animation Resort via Generation Bridge found opposite the Hippy Dippy pool. However, Pop Century Resort guests are not permitted to use the swimming pools located at the Art of Animation Resort but are welcome to use the shop and quick service restaurant.

Taxis, theme park shuttles, Disney Cruise Line buses and Disney's Magical Express can be found outside of the main check-in area.

Standard Pool View - sleeps up to 4. Has views of pool. It has 2 double beds or 1 king-sized bed.

Preferred Room - sleeps up to 4. It has 2 double beds or 1 king-sized bed.

Preferred Pool View - sleeps up to 4. It has 2 double beds and 1 king-sized bed.

Facilities include :- Free Wi-Fi, Hairdryer, Iron & Board, Telephone, Alarm Clock Radio and In-room Safe.


Dining
Everything Pop is located inside Classic Hall at Disney's Pop Century Resort. It is open daily from 6am until midnight for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service.
The Food Court has been split into seven food stations and offers a range of items from The Grill, Asian Cuisine, Pizza and Pasta, Flatbreads, Sandwiches and Salads, A Bakery and Cafe and has a Quick-Service Food Area. Seating inside is plentiful with a mix of comfortable tables and chairs or booths to choose from. Large TV's play Disney Channel shows to keep you entertained whilst dining.

Petals Pool Bar is located by the Hippy Dippy Pool at Disney's Pop Century Resort. The bar is open daily from 12pm until midnight. The Bar serves 1960's style concoctions along with beers, frozen delights and non-alcoholic drinks.

Recreation
There's plenty to keep everyone entertained, with two swimming pools to make a splash in, a playground for the little ones and a Game Arcade for the older kids, as well as a Jogging Trail where you can take a 1 mile run or leisurely walk. In the evening, the whole family can enjoy sitting under the stars whilst watching an outdoor movie at the Hippy Dippy Pool.
