This has to be my favourite part of Epcots world showcase, we have eaten at the Teppon Edo, which was amazing the chef cooked all the food in front of us, doing a show at the same time, the kids found it very entertaining, especially the rings of onion her made into a erupting volcano, we have also eaten in the sushi reataurant, again the food is amazing and fresh, you can watch the sushi chefs as they make the food.

The whole experiance is wonderful all the staff treat you as if you were in Japan, I think that is the part that I love, it takes you to a different part of the world.

The shop is unmissable, we spent hours looking at all the little trinkets, teapots, chopsticks and of course my two DD spent there time with the stands of Hello Kitty.

All in all one of the best places in Epcot and we always make a point of going back each time.
