This is a free App which you can download to your mobile phone.

It allows eligible travellers to upload their passport, customs question answers and photo before reaching passport control in the USA at participating airports (this includes Orlando airport).

Most people report that the best process is to upload your passport and answer the customs questions before leaving the UK. When arriving in the USA, before leaving the airplane they take and submit their "selfie" photos.

Households travelling together can use one App.

Using this App can reduce the amount of time spent in passport control as when using the App you can use a dedicated queue with shorter wait times.

You do not have to complete a paper customs form when using the App.
