DIBB Bits:
Mr. Knickerbocker assembles at the Liberty Bell to tell the story of the Headless Horseman, when he does you'll know it's show time. The parade is always preceded by the headless horseman galloping down Main Street.
To get better photographs, when selecting your position to watch the parade from, make sure there are no lights directly in front of you. If you can get the lights behind you.
Although the party starts at 7pm, Cast Members begin letting in Guests with MNSSHP tickets between 4 and 5pm.
There are two 'Boo to You' parades and the second one is less crowded!
Characters will be decked out in their favorite costumes - so wear yours too. Be sure to choose costumes that are not obstructive to your child's view and won't be offensive to other park guests.
If you are in costume yourself you'll find you get more of an interaction with the cast members and characters.
You do not need to be in costume and you will be ok in or out of costume.
To locate the nearest trick-or-treating depot, just look skyward for the oversized pumpkin balloons crowned with Mickey's signature ears. Cast members can be found nearby, with candy handouts for all.

Make your own Hitchhiking Ghosts with Disney.
Just in time for Halloween, Disney has created a template that allows you to make your own characters from Magic Kingdom’s Haunted Mansion attraction. The Hitchhiking Ghosts’ can be made by printing a special template and adding just a few well-placed folds, cuts and pieces of tape. The completed paper Hitchhiking Ghosts’ heads seem to turn with their eyes, just like the ones on the attraction, following the camera as it moves left and right.
The Ghost templates and instructions can be printed by following the links below.
