Disney Menus
Morimoto Asia is one of the latest restaurants to make it's debut at the Disney Springs Resort. It is located in The Landing area, near to the famous Raglan Road Pub and is currently open for Lunch and Dinner Service.
Morimoto Asia is a one-of-a-kind dining experience from Chef Masaharu Morimoto. This Japanese master chef’s first pan-Asian restaurant provides flavors from across Asia with unique exhibition kitchens showcasing the continent’s traditions. Included among them are street-food stalls, Peking duck carving and dim sum.
Designed by STUDIO V Architecture and located at The Landing, Morimoto Asia’s extraordinary, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes open terraces, grand halls, private rooms, a cocktail lounge, waterside seating and more. It offers a luxurious yet sleek, modern and spacious atmosphere, with a back wall adorned with huge black and white portraits.
If you love Sushi, then this is the place to be, located on the second floor is a 14 seated Sushi bar, where you can watch the speciality rolls and platters being freshly made before your eyes.
The menu features an array of delights including Dim Sum, Noodles and Rice, Meat, Chicken and Fish dishes. One of the specialities has to be the Morimoto Spare Ribs which are available either as an appetizer, half-rack or full-racks, along with suggested beer pairings. The other speciality is the Morimoto Peking Duck, a carved house-roasted whole duck, served with steamed flour pancakes, apricot sweet chilli and hoisin miso, yum!
If you still have some room left for a dessert, then there is a 'Dessert for Two' menu that you can share. The Cream Caramel is not how we know it, it is made with yuzu caramel sauce, black sesame whipped cream and black sesame air cake! They also have Mochi-Mochi, with anon tofu, coconut mango soup, fruit boba, frozen mango with lemon-yogurt powder. And for a bit more indulgence then try the Churro Fondue, housemate Churros with nutella and vanilla cream.
From 11am they offer a Lunch Menu, with many of the items available from the Dinner Menu, but not all. There's also a 'Set Lunch Menu', which includes Miso Soup and House Salad. A choice of California Roll with white or brown rice or Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Braised Black Cod or Vegetable Tofu Medley and dumpling and Kimchi.
A new brunch offering at weekend's only will be held each Saturday and Sunday from 11.30am until 3pm and costs $27 per person. The "Dim Sum Brunch" features 2 courses with the option of an additional 3rd course.
As well as the normal Beers, Wines and Spirits, there is an extensive menu of Speciality Drinks. You can have Sake by the glass, carafe or bottle. Why not sample the 'Sake Sangria' made with asian pears, apple plum, tangerine juice, sake, light white wine and plum wine!
