Disney Menus
The Paddlefish restaurant is located in The Landing area of Disney Springs, having replaced what was Fulton's Crab House. It is open Sunday-Thursday 11.30am until 11pm and Friday-Saturday 11.30am until Midnight.
The Paddlefish is a modern luxurious steamboat which is permanantly docked on the lakeside of Disney Springs. It houses a restaurant and bar and special events venue, offering guests a wonderful view from the rooftop-level waterfront seating.
At the helm is Executive Chef Mark Boor, who has re-imagined the menu influenced heavily by the fresh seafood catches that are abundant from the gulf to the east and west coasts. Paddlefish are passionate about authenticity, quality and providing guests with a unique dining experience.
Guests can choose dishes from the Lunch and Dinner menu, the also offer Brunch and for a special experience there's the Sunset Rooftop Menu. Out on the deck you can also order 'Speciality Boils' or 'Build Your Own' from a choice of ingredients, then watch the Chef as the seafood is freshly cooked on the kettle.
Although the menu is predominantly Seafood, they also have dishes 'From the Land', where you can enjoy speciality cuts of steak such as filet mignon, new york strip or an 18 hour braised short rib served with crab mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts. There is also lamb tenderloin, pork chop, chicken, burger and seasonal market vegetables.
The Kids can enjoy slightly more upmarket dishes of shrimp pasta, grilled chicken, snow crab and filet skewers.
Libations are plentiful, make a selection from the Wine Book, choose from Draft, American Craft, Imported and Domestic Beers. Why not try the 'Captain Handsome' a cocktail of Boyd & Blair vodka, fresh raspberries, framboise and thyme served on the rocks!
