Visit this lively restaurant and straight away you'll feel as though you've been transported straight to Latin America. With it's floor to ceiling bar housing 50 types of Tequila and Latin sounds playing, it can be a bit loud but certainly gives a party atmosphere.
Inside seating is on two levels and has ceiling fans to keep the restaurant cool. Outdoor seating is available either at the side of the restaurant by the main walkway or there is a patio area overlooking the lake, allowing a little more privacy. Live music is played outside from 6pm daily. so offers a great night time vibe.
The street food menu is inspired by favourite flavours from North, Central and South America.
You could maybe start with offerings of Caribbean Crab and Fish Fritters, North American Corn Dogs, Mac & Cheese Bites or maybe share a platter of Chorizo and Beef Skewers serviced with Chimichurri Pita Bread, Marinated mushrooms and a Citrus Yogurt Sauce.
Entrees on the menu include Jicama Salads, Sandwiches and Burgers as well as Platters of Tacos and Burritos. Steaks such as Filet Mignon, Ribeye, New York Strip, Argentinean Skirt and Beef Short Rib feature. The Citrus BBQ Pork Ribs are highly recommended, the meat is slow roasted so it just falls of the bone and they are coated with a delicious sticky P37 tangy sauce and are served with a portion of P37 fries.
If you have a little room left then there are delightful desserts of Seasonal Creme Brūlée, Paradiso 37 Chocolate Stack, Churros with a Caramel Sauce or Mini Ice Cream Cones to be tempted by.
The children's menu features Mac & Cheese, Mexican Crispy Corn Shell Tacos, Mini Cheeseburgers and Grilled Chicken.
A full range of beverages are available, you can sample one of the many Tequila's, Margarita's or the special P37 Lager, which claims to be the 'World's Coldest Beer' being kept at a chilling 29 degrees, very welcoming when you've been out in the Florida heat!
