Planet Hollywood Observatory

Having undergone a major refurbishment Planet Hollywood has re-opened to the public and is now known as the 'Planet Hollywood Observatory'. It has a fresh new look, a new patio bar, new terrace and more outdoor seating.

Planet Hollywood is located on the West side of Disney Springs. It is open daily for Lunch from 11am until 4.55pm and Dinner Service from 5pm until 11.45pm.

Guests will enter a realm that combines innovative cuisine, live entertainment and rare Hollywood memorabilia creating a dazzling scene. New chef Guy Fieri heads up the kitchen with the addition of his inspiring burger and sandwich menu.

The restaurant is quite unique as it is shaped like a giant round globe. Spread over it's three floors you will see the massive collection of props and memorabilia from Blockbuster films and classic Television shows that adorn the interior walls. Stargazers Lounge is located on the ground floor, which hosts live entertainment nightly. For great views of the Town Center and the water head up to the outdoor dining area on the upper level terrace.

It now features a 4500 sq.ft. video wall playing some of the latest music videos which adds to the vibrant and loud club like atmosphere.

Stargaze at the displays while you dine under the iconic planetarium-like ceiling.

The cuisine is classically American and includes Burgers, New York Strip Steak, Pasta's & salads.

Begin with an Appetiser of Chinese BBQ Pork BAO or the World Famous Chicken Crunch, made with tender strips of chicken breast with a crunchy sweet coating served with a creole mustard or maybe share a 'High Roller Platter' consisting of Chicken Crunch, Texas Tostados, Buffalo Wings, Peri-Peri Shrimp with Five Cheese Dip.

Signature Sandwiches now feature, there's the Cajun Chicken, Championship Pulled Pork or the Pimento Grilled Cheese to name a few. The Burgers are definitely anything but ordinary here, try Guy's award-winning 'Bacon Mac-n-Cheese', made with Applewood smoked bacon, six cheese mac-n-cheese, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, crispy onion straws and Donkey Sauce on a garlic-butterd brioche bun.

Moving on to the delicious Speciality Entrees, what about the L.A. Lasagna, Filet Mignon topped with classic herb butter, there's the classic 20oz New York Strip Steak, Sesame Ginger Salmon, BBQ Ribs or Lobster Feast Fra Diavola tossed with spaghetti and a spicy tomato sauce served in a lobster shell.

Save some room to fit in the tangy Key Lime Pie Star Jar or a yummy Banana Pudding Star Jar. Feeling a little indulgent then why not try the Brownie Sundae Martini with twelve decadent chunks of freshly-baked brownies, layered with six scoops of vanilla & chocolate ice cream, topped with caramel & chocolate sauces with mounds of whipped cream and a cherry to top it off.

The Children's menu includes Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Fingers, Cheese Pizza or Macaroni & Cheese.

A full service bar is available to guests over the age of 21 years.
