SeaVenture

SeaVenture is an innovative underwater walking tour conducted in The Grand Reef at Discovery Cove. SeaVenture operates daily from 9am to 5.30pm.

This unique experience begins with a brief training session, then divers are required to don a wetsuit before commencing their descent down a ladder into the chilly waters of The Grand Reef!

Once you are in the water, the compressed air dive helmet is placed over your head, resting on your shoulders, although it weighs approximately 70 lbs on land, in water it feels more like 15!

Then get ready for the experience of a life-time, as you go underwater for a magical encounter with an array of stunningly colourful marine-life. Get up-close with sharks and poisonous fish (safely behind massive panoramic windows), get to see and touch creatures such as, sea urchins, starfish, hermit crabs, gentle rays and more..

Don't forget to take an underwater camera, to capture the moment!

Guests must be at least 10 years of age to participate, and for those under the age of 14 years, must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Guests are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to the allocated SeaVenture time and are reminded that jewellery and sunglasses are not permitted to be worn during this experience.
