Soarin' Around the World

A new version of Soarin has been constructed and on 17th June 2016 guests will be able to try the new experience, that will then be known as 'Soarin Around the World'. You will journey to far-flung lands, soaring over some of the many wonders of the world!

Soarin' Around the World is located in The Land Pavillion in the Future World of the Epcot theme park.

It is a multi-sensory attraction, suitable for all guests old and young, that simulates a free-flying hang glider adventure over the golden state of California.

Fasten your seat belt on the multi-passenger glider and be lifted 40 feet into the air. Re-imagined scenes show no mountain is to high, no landscape is too far, soar above the Great wall of China, cruise over Iguana Falls in South America or simply swoop along to Sydney Harbour in Australia!

Enjoy the fantastic finale of colourful fireworks surrounding you.

Soarin' uses an IMAX 180 degree projection dome to ensure you are surrounded by the impressive scenery. Special cameras on airplanes and helicopters captured many of the shots and the glider moves in the same way the aircraft did, so you really feel like you're flying as you glide over such awe-inspiring vistas and landmarks.
