Theme Park Refurbishments, Maintenance, Ride & Attraction Closures

There are a lot of attractions and rides at the theme parks in Orlando and all of these attractions and rides need regular maintenance or refurbishments (Rehabs). Much of this refurbishment (Rehab) maintenance is performed without affecting the theme park attraction or ride, however there are times when an attraction or ride has to be closed for rehab maintenance for a short period.

There may also be times when an attraction or ride is scheduled to be closed permanently.

• It’s Tough to Be a Bug show - Closes permanently 17 Mar 2025
• Kali River Rapids – Closed until March 2025
• TriceraTop Spin, Fossil Fun Games, and Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures - All permanently closed on 12 Jan 2025

Disney's Hollywood Studios

• The Little Mermaid: A Musical Adventure – Opens in Summer 2025

EPCOT

• Test Track - Closed on 17 June 2024 for a re-theming, reopening late Summer 2025
