Disney Menus
Trattoria al Forno, opened it's doors to diners at Disney's BoardWalk on the 18th December 2014, replacing Cat Cora's Kouzzina. It is open daily for Breakfast from 7.30 - 11am and 5pm to 10pm for Dinner.
The new restaurant offers diners a cozy relaxing experience, featuring Italian cuisine with authentic ingredients and recipes from Italy’s various regions.
The back story for Trattoria is that it has always been on The Boardwalk, in one of the back rooms of the house. As popularity grew, the family extended into different rooms of the house, right through to the boardwalk front. This gives rise to the slightly different feeling of the different dining rooms and also why it is all centered around one of Disney's largest show kitchens.
This is the ideal place to start off the day with some delicious and slightly different breakfast offerings. Eggs cooked in a variety of ways, come with the addition of breakfast potatoes, bacon or chicken sausage. They also have traditional Italian dishes of Cured Meats served with tomatoes, boiled egg and cheese with fonduta, or try the Frittata, Caramel apple crumb pancakes or vanilla-blueberry Steel-cut Oatmeal.
An
all-new character dining experience is to be introduced on the 2nd April 2017, guests can share the "Bon Voyage Breakfast", with Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Ariel and Prince Eric. The experience is available from 7.30am until 11am and costs $34 for adults and $20 for children or you can use 1 Disney Dining Plan Credit.
The new spot showcases Old World techniques, including handcrafted mozzarella made daily, a variety of Neopolitan-style pizzas baked in wood-burning ovens, and other classic italian favorites such as risotto, baked lasagna, chicken breast alla Parmigiana with tagliatelle pasta and more.
A seasonal risotto will always be on the menu, and vegetarians will appreciate the ruffled campanelle pasta with green beans, roasted potatoes and Genovese pesto.
Desserts such as tiramisů, gelatos, and the signature bomboloni (Italian donut holes) with dark chocolate and vanilla gelato round out the menu.
Trattoria al Forno will boast an extensive wine menu with more than 60 offerings by the bottle and more than 25 wines by the glass, including Chiantis, Super Tuscans and fine Italian white wines such as Prosecco, Pinot Grigio and Moscato. Wines will be 100 percent Italian from historic wine regions including Tuscany, Veneto and Piedmont
