Wolfgang Puck Cafe - The Dining Room is located upstairs at the Wolfgang Puck Cafe in the West Side area of Disney Springs. It is open daily from 6pm for Dinner Service only.
Being a Signature Restaurant the experience and atmosphere here is of a more grand and Formal affair. As with all Wolfgang Puck's eateries The Company's philosophy of "Eat, Love, Live (WELL)" is extremely evident here. The standard of food is of the highest quality, using the very best of ingredients that are locally and organically sourced.
Begin with appetisers of Yellowfin Tuna Tartare, Pan Seared Scallops, Creamy Roquefort Gnocci or Duck Napoleon, a dish made with slow braised duck, layered with a herbed goat cheese and crispy wontons. There are also fresh salads to choose from, why not try the Roasted Organic Baby Beet Salad, with Humboldt Fog goat cheese, toasted pistachios, arugula and citrus vinaigrette.
Then onto the 'Signature Entrees' that feature dishes of Lobster Risotto, Spicy Beef Goulash, Chinois Style Lamb Rack or Duo of Duck to name a few. Sashimi and Nigiri Sushi Platters are also available offering a Chef's selection of both.
Can you be tempted by delicious desserts of Creme Brûlée Cheesecake, Double Chocolate Mud Pie, Florida Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Lava Cake, served warm with vanilla ice cream.
If you feel a little indulgent then they also have two special menu options to choose from, there's the 'Austrian 3 Course Tour' or the 'California 4 Course Tour'.

Appetiser : Butternut Squash Soup
Entree : Veal Wienerschnitzel with warm potato salad and young mache salad
Dessert : Chocolate Pate with fresh raspberries
California 4 Course Tour
First Course : Wild Mushroom Soup
Second Course : Hand Selected Organic baby Greens, Maytag blue cheese, golden raisins, toasted pine nuts, pear and roasted shallot vinaigrette
Entree : Filet Mignon with lobster crushed potatoes, sautéed spinach in a port wine sauce or Line Caught Yellow Fin Tuna Nicoise with roasted fingerling potatoes, haricot vert, wilted spinach, olive vinaigrette and a crispy poached egg.
Dessert : Baked Alaska covered with ice cream and berries
For guests over the age of 21 years, the restaurant has a wide range of Wines from around the World to sample as well as Beers and Speciality Cocktails.
