I'm starting this off today for Mazzy as her p.c. is poorly. She's hoping to be back soon!

Also, before I start please join me in wishing Sue a speedy and quick recovery - hospital appointment today {{{hugs and pixie dust Sue}}}

Sorry! - I'm starting off with a gain

Its not fault - its the brides! - yes folks I finally went to the wedding and got into the dreaded bridesmaid dress. In fact the skirt was too big! However, during the course of the evening 2lb managed to sneek themselves into my mouth (I think it was in the form of red wine and onion bhajis off the buffet )

so...apologies for having no willpower, but I'm back on track now - 2 weeks til the beach in Greece - eek!

So...its over to you folks now - put me to shame and tell me how much you've lost!

Me too, back again after a very indulgent week in Skiathos, all those starters and Moussaka Not to mention the odd drinkie-poo After struggling to get into a bikini beforehand and weighing 8 st 12lbs - at weigh in this morning I am alarmed to be 9st 4lbs ! That's 6 lbs got to go PDQ as I've thrown all my old clothes away and nearly half a stone on a little frame shows
Off work today, so going to supermarket to stock up on healthy low fat stuff and fling out the cakes, crisps etc. DH is away for 3 days so not cooking for him too will help I hope.

Starting over, the hot weather helps.

I know how you feel Soozicue - it was 7lb for me after Florida and I know it'll be the same - (feta cheese and wine) in Greece!

Its a constant struggle, but as you said get to the supermarket and stock up on good things for salads etc.

Hi everyone - happy to report a 2 lbs loss this week. Has been an okay week, not brilliant, but I guess 2 lbs confirms that it wasn't all bad either.

Karen Mouse & Soozicue - don't panic - you've been doing so well & tomorrow's another day. Relax and think positive.

Week 2 - overall loss 10 lbs

Well after having two weeks off because DH was home after 11 weeks away, I am very surprised to say I stayed the same! Well he has now gone back to work and I am going to try really, really hard.

I'm dreading the school holidays for that very reason - I end up with goodies in the house and we have fun picnics in the garden etc - too much temptation. I'm ok when I'm on my own

I had a rotten week - sore throat, felt really down so I am amazed that I have STS. I now have a rotten cold and mouth ulcers. Hopefully this week will see me have a loss.
