We've had the storm. everywhere is grey and wet this morning (Stockport) but the heat is building again and more storms are promised today.

Was hoping the storm would clear the air for us here - we are just 'down the road' from Ste - but though its overcast, despite a slight breeze, still feels quite warm and humid. I don't mind the heat, but all my kids' schools have activities set up for the kids for the last few days - oldest has a long ramble today - and all have complained that the excessive heat is spoiling their fun, plus none of them have been sleeping well
 According to the BBC weather, we have warm sunny intervals between now and Monday - then its a return to 'Scorchio'! Love Suexx |
