I've been looking on this website at the prices for digital cameras and portable dvd players and they have some really cheap prices. Has anyone brought from here before? If so, what were they like to deal with?

Cameras are dirt cheap now anyway. I wouldn't buy a second hand one unless it was a fantastic deal.

I like ebay, it's not always 2 hand now because you get reputable businesses selling on there now & you still get to decide how much you want to pay and get a new item.
