urgent Help required

HELP me please. Where am i going wrong, trying to book ADR's I used this info from a recent post of leanne1977 "the number you need, 0844 861 8686this will give you a 1p a minute rate, then dial 001 407 939 3463 this is the dining number." but when I get to the '939' bit I hear a message the number has not been reconised, tried several times checked that i dialled carefully don't know what i'm doing wrong!

I cant really remember, but I think you have to press the hash key after dialing the first number. try that.

This is the number i used: 0844 861 8686 someone will then inform you that calls cost 1p per minute and to dial the number you require followed by the hash key (#)
then you dial the dining number (001 407 939 3463 #) and you should get through

Just rechecked your original post and it appears you have the right number Are you ringing from a mobile? Maybe it doesn't work from a mobile?

Hi thanks for your tips but it still doesn't work, I dial access code and get the 1p min message wait for dialing tone then dial 001 047 939 at this point message cuts in, the number you are dialing is incorrect it's to long please check and dial again.

I know you are trying for the cheap rate here, but why not just dial the 001 407 etc number - I really did not notice a lot of cost on my phone bill when I rang to book our ADRs the trip before last.

No not using a mobile it's my BT phone. tried again still the same message getting frustrated now as I can't find out what i'm doing wrong.

as the lady said , just call normally . will only cost you about 50p maximum . nothing really to get excited about is it !
