They do work, to a degree, you will get terrible fisheye effect and the quality of the glass used will be pretty poor i fear. It is a case of you get what you pay for and my experience of those screw on telephoto extentions are not that good.

Good desicion really, there are better add on lenses out there if you wanted one, but the fact is they are add ons :-(((((( and never give the results wanted, only way round that is a DSLR ! or wider/longer telephoto on a different model.
