4th July shops

Does anyone know whether the shops/malls are all open as usual on 4 July - or do they close for the day?

Open usually until 6pm,most stores have extra special sales.

Premium outlets will be open till 9pm, others may close at 6 or 7 as James said

They will be busy but nothing overwhelming. Most everyone is off (office workers) from work so the malls will pick up a bit. Although a lot of people have BBQ's and go to the local 4th of July firework festitivities.

Busy but not overwhelming.
