Social worker (nothing to do with Disney)

I am so mad i need to vent, sorry in advance.
My DD is due to have her 7th major surgery in just over a week. We are not sure how long she will be home from school for. A big meeting was held to sort out any problems postoperative. The social worker was meant to fill out emergency forms to sort out DD respite. She would only be able to go from 3.30pm until 9am which is no good and not worth the effort. She may also need ambulance transport as well.
Did she fill the forms out, no and the meeting has happend. There is not another for a month in which time DD would have had her surgery.

I am a social worker and I know how incompetent some are. Ring up and really pleasantly ask for a formal complaint form to be sent to you. She will ≈≈≈≈≈≈ herself.

Thanks all. I have made a complaint about her before and they did nothing. I am going to demand for a new social worker as she does not have Bethany or my best intrest at heart. I thought they were there to help.
