Special setting on Virgin planes

Has anyone used the spa bernett (sw) chair were you suck the air out of the seat. I have used the childs seat which was not brilliant as DD needs more support.

Hi,
DD has used a Burnett Seat twice now and gets on quite well with it.
It's like a beanbag with a sheepskin lining. The engineers fit it to the seat so it doesn't slip and you have a foot pump. You pump air in not out. You position the child then release just enough air to get them comfy then seal it off at the valve. You can pump more air in at any time. It doesn't give a lot of support in my opinion but reduces the seat size and shape to a much more comfortable one for a smallish child. DD is about the size of a 10 year old and I wouldn't like to use it for a much bigger child than that. The only down side we found was that the table won't fit across when the seat is being used so mealtimes are a bit difficult otherwise we get on fine with it.
