Operation Disney with Wife in Tow

Fly to Boston from London on 15 February 2004 to spend 5 days with my sister and get very cold at the same time.

Fly to Orlando on 20 February from Boston.

Friday 20

Too late by the time we check in to the Homewood Suites on International Drive to do much so its off to Dinner and no doubt i will by dragged onto the crazy golf by my addict wife.

Saturday 21

Early arrival for the Animal Kingdom race to safari ride before pottering around the rest of the park generally having a good time.Must get the wife on that ride in Dinoland seeing as she does not like it.
Seeing as this park closes pretty early its off to Downtown Disney for Shopping to get back into the wifes good books.

Sunday 22

Off to my all time anywhere in the world park EPCOT.
I love this park because it is so nicely done and has lots of room for everyone.
Spint to Test track and get an adrenaline shot and then enjoy the rest of futureworld before heading for worldshowcase.
Have dinner and see the show at the end.
Fantastic,cant wait for this bit.

Monday 23

Seaworld today.
Super park, love all the animals and fish especially the Stingrays.
We will try to do a behind the scenes tour.
Although i do like Manatees,my wife has a love for them and will spend hours watching and observing them.
Buy wife Seaworld gift for moaning about how long we spent at the Manatees when i could have been riding Kracken

Tuesday 24

Magic Kingdom today.
I always injoy the fact that when you park your car you still cant quite see the park, builds up the excitement.
Love this park for one reason only,it epitomises everything Disney stands for,Happiness and Fun.
As you enter the park and get to main street you suddenly become 10 years old again and are instantly overwhelmed by the sheer happiness of the place.
Anyway Buzz lightyear spin, splash mountain and space mountain are the main aims and then just enjoying the atmosphere.

Wednesday 25

Go to a waterpark, basically whichever one is open.
Typhoon Lagoon preferably,i can spend all day messing around in the wave pool.
Later on Shopping ( the wifes hobby)

Thursday 26

Disney Studios today

Funny enough i am not massively keen on this park although it just gets my vote over Universal.
The reason i go to this park is to ride the greatest attraction anywhere in the world today Tower of Terror.
This ride has set standards others will never achieve and is probably the best attraction that Disney have done.
Disneys way of doing things has no finer example in my opinion.
The rock and roller coaster will be on the list as well

Friday 27

Fly home today, but not until 17:45 so a quick trip out to the Kennedy Space Centre is on the agenda.
My wife has never been here so i must take her.
Then its back to the airport and home to London

I have tried to do a plan that is a bit more entertaining to read than just a set of dates and park names.
If nothing else i hope you had fun reading it.
Oh and by the way my wife is a fantastic woman and i am sure that she puts up with me rather than me with her.

Have a great time at Disney if you go

I`m there at the same time but I`m coming back home on the 5th March. Agree with what you say about the Magic Kingdom and the build up of the excitement. I love the ride across the lake on the showboat. The Tower of Terror, Rock and Roll Coaster, Kracken and Mission Space are all new to me so I am really looking forward to those.

Have a magical time.
