Jane, are you planning on eating at the California Grill on the night you arrive? We've always found that after all the travelling we are far too tired to bother with a proper meal. It would be a shame to go to such a nice place and not enjoy your meal through tiredness.
Also I'd skip the welcome meeting and get straight to MK as you will be awake early. Apart from that it looks good to me

Eating at the CG was suggested by someone. We thought we would get a view of the fireworks and also manage to stay awake a little longer! The welcome meeting was to collect the vouvhers as we will be on a budget and anything cheaper will be worth it! We had felt a quiet day the first day might help. The last trip we did 9 parks in 9 days, staying off site, so that by 2pm we were all pooped and ended up driving back to the villa and vegging out, therefore missing out on such a lot! Thanks for your comment will take them on board!

I agree with Anne about the meal, all the times i have been once arrived at hotel after a hot shower, change of clothes, unpack, a quick bite to eat somewhere local and fast then back to hotel for early(?) night, early it might be early Florida time but bodyclock will still be running on England time. I would book meal for another time so you can enjoy it properly.
