First Draft Itinerary - RPR/CSR/GF
OK, here it is, my first attempt at an itinerary. Although we've been before we've just taken it as it came and ended up going on the 'wrong' days to the 'wrong' park and queuing for ages. This is our first time at December so lots of new things to see and do. I'm open to suggestions, good or bad
Sun 5 Dec Twilight check-in Gatwick Mon 6 Dec Arrive RPR 5/6 pm Tues 7 Dec Universal Studios am, Islands of Adventure pm - dinner at The Palm Wed 8 Dec Shopping (Florida Mall & Beltz) - Thurs 9 Dec Universal Studios am, lunch at Hard Rock Cafe, move to CSR pm - MVMCP evening Fri 10 Dec MGM all day, Osborne Lights pm/evening Sat 11 Dec AK am, men golf pm/ladies Spa at SSR pm - dinner at California Grill Sun 12 Dec no idea what's happening today as boyfriend is surprising me! Mon 13 Dec Move to GF - Epcot Dolphins in Depth am, Epcot pm - dinner at Le Cellier - Candlelight Processional Tues 14 Dec Shopping (Mall at Millenia/Premium Outlets) - dinner at Citricos Wed 15 Dec MK am, Afternoon Tea at GF - dinner at Olivias Thurs 16 Dec Yuletide Fantasy Tour am, Epcot pm - Illuminations Fri 17 Dec Last minute shopping am, packing pm - dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse Sat 18 Dec DTD check-in, MGM - lunch at Brown Derby - off to airport We won't be doing any early entry days as we like to lie in a bit on holiday so have based our parks on supposedly 'quiet' days. |

Looking good to me. Dec 12th looks like it could be very interesting! I take it there are no planned visits to Seaworld?

Thanks Clare - I've no idea what the boyfriend is up to, although every time he says to me 'keep the 12th free as I'm planning something special' he has a big smile on his face

Early Dec is normally very quiet with a lot of rides walk ons. MVMCP is great. You can normally enter the park with this ticket around 4pm. Then you collect a wristband from a cm around the castle and when the park closes you go to tommorrowland. You just show your wristband to go on the rides. So most rides have short queues! So It's worth checking.

Clare looks good!
I would scrub out the shopping on the second day ! and go to Universal for a whole day ! lol ( i hate shopping ! ) Look to watch the Wishes fireworks from the beach of the Grand Floridian and also the water pageant goes past at about 9.00- 9.15pm. Can't wait to find out what is happening on the 12th ...how romantic *sigh* Denise

REH - good to know the queues should be pretty light.
Dennis - didn't know about the water pageant so that'll be something to add to my list. You are funny about the shopping, it's the other way round with me, I love it but my boyfriend hates it and says he's limiting me. |
