Any ideas

on what I can get as a little pressie for our wedding co-ordinator. As you know we are renewing our wedding vows (to celebrate our 25th) in Antigua in a few weeks and I would like to get a little something for our co-ordinator as she has been absolutely fantastic.

She is Antiguan, probably aged about 45-50 so I would welcome any ideas.

I'm going to take mine a few english gifts - like tea/chocolate? I thought I would get a few little things you can only get over here as it would be a bit different?

As a planner I would say I would agree with the above. A box of Milk Tray or some deluxe biscuits would be great. Although it isn't expected a personal token like that is much appreciated when we as planners are trying to put the personal touch on your day as well.

I'm sure anything you pick would be great and well received.

Congrats on your renewal.

We have techincally 2 planners, well not quite but there is Melissa who works at Celebration Hotel and really helped us out when we were booking everything. She always got back to me really quickly, then there is Just Marry who is our actual wedding co ordinator who are sorting out flowers etc. We were going to get flowers delivered to them both but still not decided?

The only trouble is I have to work the rest of the day I keep saying that one day I'm just going to spend the whole day wandering around Harrods instead of popping in once every five years when I need something in particular (usually a present for somebody else).

I've done that before but didn't have much fun as I had no money to spend!
I work 5 mins walk away from Bournemouth beach so I'm quite lucky! Nice view from my desk and I nice place to eat my sandwiches and have a sneaky £1 on the 2p machines if I wanted!

I got my planner a bag, a bookmark, a tea towel, some smellies, some chocolate, a pen and pencil, all of which were very English/British makes or designs.
