Renewing vows - help needed

I would love to renew our wedding vows in Florida, possibly next year. There would just be DH and I, and our two children aged 17 and 18.

Any ideas for where it wouldn't cost too much?

I don't fancy the ceremony being indoors such as the wedding chapel on I Drive, I would love it to be outdoors somewhere. Although I have considered whether to do it aboard a RC cruise in their wedding chapel.

Any ideas?

We renewed our vows in St Thomas last November whilst on a Caribbean cruise.

I contacted a minister that I found on the web, he helps you to choose a nice beach, we had a quiet one all to ourselves. He picked us up from the cruise ship upon docking and drove us to the beach, he performed the ceremony (we had a lot of input re. poem/reading etc) and we had an hour's worth of photos taken by a local photographer that I also found on the web.

We were then dropped wherever we wanted to go from there - we went back to the ship to get changed but it could have been a nice restaurant.

The minister charged $180 for his services - the photographer was $500 and we had 40 proofs (4x6) sent in the post together with all pictures on cd with copyright lifted.

Later that night we dined at Marco Pierre White's onboard restaurant, the whole day cost us less than P&O's vow renewal package!

I can let you have details if you are interested.

Aww thanks, you've made my day. I was a teenage bride! I also think I have good genes too as my mum is always mistaken as my sister!

Thanks for the compliment!

The picture is me and my DH and was taken last year!
