Grrr @ Debenham's!

Just a bit of a rant...

Placed an order with Debenham's when they had their sale thing 2 weeks ago. Ordered 2 rolls of wrapping paper, 2 packs of gift tags and a bottle of perfume on the 16th November. The gift tags came the next day by courier (for 2 packs of gift tags!) and the perfume bottle (most expensive item of order) came the day after through the regular post.

Been waiting on the wrapping paper ever since. Well after numerous emails back and forth between Customer Services and them being pretty useless I today gave them a phone. Woman on phone also pretty useless, just basically said "will refund, don't need you to hang on the phone for it" :angry:

Now I have gift bags, tags, ribbons and bows which I've bought to match my bloody wrapping paper and where else am I now going to get the 16m (2 rolls of 8m was what I bought) for the �3.50 in total I paid (�1.75 each half price) :angry:

So annoyed!
